Prescriptions

All repeat prescriptions are prepared within 48 hours of request. Requests for repeat prescriptions should normally be made in writing, ideally circling the items required on the right hand side slip of the previous prescription. E-mailed prescription requests can also be accepted by filling out the email contact form.

Those prescriptions that are required to be posted back should have a stamped and addressed envelope provided. Telephone requests will only be accepted from very elderly or infirm patients who are housebound and who have agreement from us to receive telephone requests and this is noted in their records.
